Venkata Graduated with a Master of Science degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Kansas, Kansas. Worked at the "Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago" as a Research Assistant for a year and half before joining the "Rehabilitation Engineering Analysis Lab" at Kess as Biomechanical Engineer. Will be working and reporting to Dr. Tom Edwards. Current responsibilitites include Assist and participate in designing, setting up, and conducting research experiments and methods. Running the experimental protocols (maintaining the required rules and regulations) and performing the associated data collection (forceplate, EMG, kinematics), and managing and analyzing the data. Current studies invovle investigating the posture balance and control mechanisms. Other areas of interest include Spine and lower back research.
